Community Garden

The garden was established in 2013 and is a place for local residents to meet and share their knowledge, help connect people of different cultures, while also providing a venue for community groups, workshops and arts projects.
The shared garden is a place for people of all ages, employing organic principles, combining native plants, fruit trees, herbs and seasonal vegetables together.
The garden aims:
- To foster a sense of community
- To provide food for those in need
- To encourage youth, adult and environmental education
- To provide people who do not have a garden with an opportunity to participate in gardening
