The Harvey Community Resource Centre is an Agent/Access Point for Centrelink, Child Support and Medicare Australia.
The self-service terminal includes a telephone, computer and facsimile to set up my Gov, report, lodge claims, upload documents and contact Services Australia.
Various forms can be downloaded and printed and further information can be found in Centrelink booklets available for public use.
The Centre is also authorised to authenticate original document copies for Centrelink submission.
These services are free of charge.
(Please note there are NO Centrelink, Medicare or Child Support staff on the premises.)
Department of Veterans’ Affairs
The Harvey CRC displays stocks of DVA forms, Brochures and other information products and distributes to DVA clients as required.
The Centre offers support for DVA clients for simple enquires by referring them to the relevant information product on hand.
DVA Clients have access to telephone and facsimile facilities to call/fax DVA and provide on-site facilities, training and general support for DVA clients, where required, to enable them to access DVA information Online.
Please note these services are free of charge.
